The Ginger Room bursts with colour and energy, its vibrant chairs creating pops of brightness against sleek white tables and exposed industrial ceilings. We've designed this space at Wallacespace Clerkenwell to transform effortlessly from morning workshops to evening celebrations, accommodating up to 70 guests for standing receptions or 60 for seated events. Natural light floods through our floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the day, while contemporary lighting fixtures take over as evening approaches. The room's private kitchen area gives you complete flexibility for catering arrangements, whether you're planning cocktails and canapés for a product launch or a sit-down dinner for team celebrations. Our in-house team prepares fresh, seasonal menus daily, or you can bring in external caterers if you prefer. We've equipped the space with everything modern events require: a projector for presentations, flatscreen TV for video content, plus whiteboards and flipcharts when creativity strikes. The furniture moves easily, so we can configure the room in banquet style for 40 guests, theatre layout for 60, or clear the floor entirely for mingling. Our PA system ensures speeches and music reach every corner, while air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable regardless of the weather outside. Five minutes from Farringdon station, guests find us easily at 18 Clerkenwell Green. The building has full wheelchair access with lifts to all floors, and our alcohol licence runs until 11 PM for those evening celebrations.
