The Private Dining Room greets you as you enter through our Chelsea doors, a calm pocket of space where conversations unfold over Phil Howard's carefully crafted plates. Natural light pours through the windows during lunch, illuminating the long white table that anchors the room, while evening service brings a softer glow from our overhead fixtures that transforms the atmosphere entirely. We've arranged plush grey chairs around the table to seat up to 14 guests comfortably, though many of our regulars prefer booking for 12, finding it creates just the right energy for stories to travel the length of the table. The warm wood finishes and fresh florals we place daily add life to the space without overwhelming it, letting the food remain the focus. Business groups often book the room for working lunches where deals get discussed over our hand-cut strozzapreti with black truffle. Family celebrations fill the space differently, with multiple generations gathering to mark milestones over courses that might include our signature sea bream with bay-glazed pink firs. We've hosted wine tastings here too, the sommelier guiding guests through pairings while the kitchen sends out complementary dishes. The beauty of this room lies in its flexibility.
