The StoneX Suite stretches across the entire west side of our stadium, giving you 800m² of event space with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the pitch below. We've hosted everything from 700-guest weddings with the dance floor positioned centre stage, to tech conferences where delegates networked on our private balcony between sessions. Walking into the suite, you'll notice how the natural light transforms the space throughout the day. Morning product launches catch the eastern sun, while evening galas watch the sunset paint the room golden. Our events team can configure the room to suit your numbers, whether that's 990 theatre-style for presentations, 580 banquet for formal dinners, or 900 standing for cocktail parties. The cabaret setup works brilliantly for awards ceremonies, fitting 430 guests at round tables with clear sightlines to the stage. Our audiovisual setup handles whatever you throw at it, from multi-screen presentations to live entertainment with full lighting rigs. The built-in sound system means no dead spots, even when the room's at capacity. Between the main space and the private balcony, guests naturally flow between indoor presentations and outdoor networking. The kitchen team here adapts menus to match your event style and dietary requirements, preparing everything from breakfast meetings to five-course dinners. Kosher, halal, vegan, gluten-free, we accommodate it all without compromise on quality. The integrated bar serves throughout your event, positioned so guests don't miss the action while refreshing their drinks. Mill Hill East tube sits just minutes away, with Mill Hill Broadway rail offering direct links into central London. Once guests arrive, they'll find accessible routes throughout, lift access to our first-floor suite, and parking spaces right outside. The surrounding parkland gives you options most London venues can't match, from pre-dinner drinks on the balcony to using our grounds for team activities.
