Four floors of creative freedom spread across 7,500 sq ft, where the ghost of our 1930s spice warehouse past mingles with the energy of your next celebration. We've kept the soul of this industrial space intact, from the exposed brick that still carries faint aromatic memories to the wooden floors that creak with character under dancing feet. Our rooftop terrace draws gasps every time, stretching 1,500 sq ft with those London skyline views that turn golden hour into pure magic. Below, the commercial kitchen isn't just functional, it's theatrical, with its long wooden table and open shelving creating the perfect backdrop for catering operations or interactive cooking experiences. That central island has seen everything from champagne towers to sushi demonstrations. Each floor tells its own story. The conservatory, with its beautifully weathered frames, captures light in ways that make photographers return again and again. Our main studio space soars with high ceilings and vast windows, accommodating up to 250 guests for receptions, 200 for theatre-style setups, or 140 for seated dinners.
