The Mezzanine sits above Duke Street Market's bustling food hall, giving your party a front-row seat to all the action while keeping your group together in one space. From up here, you and up to 100 standing guests (or 80 seated) can watch the market buzz below through large windows that run along the space, while exposed brick walls and wooden furniture create that warehouse-party feel we're known for. We've kept the original features of our 100-year-old building, so you'll find plenty of character in the rustic brickwork and industrial touches. Natural light pours in during daytime events, while evenings take on a different energy as the market lights create a warm glow below. The layout works brilliantly for mixing and mingling, with communal tables for group dining or smaller spots where guests can break away for quieter conversations. What makes parties here special is the food setup. Your guests can head downstairs to choose from our six kitchens, Club Fish, Bone & Block, Cahita, Ginger, Big Lola's Taqueria, and Barbina Pasta Amore x Pizza Dealers, then bring their selections back up to the Mezzanine. It solves that eternal party problem of trying to please everyone's tastes. Our bar keeps drinks flowing throughout your event, whether that's specialty coffee during afternoon gatherings or wine and cocktails for evening celebrations. The space adapts well to different occasions, from wedding receptions where guests want that relaxed, market atmosphere to birthday parties where the variety of food options means even the pickiest eaters leave happy. Corporate events work particularly well here, as the semi-private setting maintains energy without losing focus.
