The Balcony Suite wraps around the corner of our museum building, its glass doors opening onto a private terrace where guests often gather with their morning coffee, watching the early sun catch the chrome of vintage motorcycles visible through the exhibition windows below. We've furnished the outdoor space with comfortable seating and patio furniture, creating an extension of the suite that proves particularly popular during summer receptions and networking breaks. Natural daylight floods the interior through those same large windows, illuminating the neutral-toned walls and elegant panel detailing that give the space its refined character. We can accommodate 60 guests for standing receptions here, or seat 50 comfortably for dinner around round tables dressed in crisp white linens. For boardroom meetings, we arrange seating for 24, while theatre-style presentations work beautifully for up to 60 attendees. The U-shaped configuration suits 16 participants, and cabaret-style setups accommodate 45 guests. The room's modern PA system supports everything from wedding speeches to corporate presentations, and when required, we deploy the blackout capabilities for video conferences or film screenings. Our complimentary Wi-Fi extends throughout the suite and onto the balcony, keeping remote participants connected during hybrid meetings. A stairlift provides assisted mobility access, ensuring all your guests can enjoy both indoor and outdoor areas comfortably. The terrace truly transforms the space, whether your guests are taking informal meetings in the fresh air, enjoying canapes during a reception, or simply stepping outside between conference sessions. Birmingham International Airport and train station sit just minutes away, while our 1,000 free parking spaces eliminate any concerns about guest arrival.
