White-washed walls and exposed beams frame this versatile room, where fashion brands have showcased collections between the industrial columns and trade exhibitors have created immersive displays across the open floor plan. The lower ceilings in this particular section of our F Block create a more intimate atmosphere compared to our soaring warehouse spaces, while multiple structural columns throughout the room become natural dividers for creating distinct zones. We've watched event organisers use these features brilliantly, turning potential obstacles into design elements that enhance exhibitions and guide guest flow during parties. Natural light pours through the large warehouse windows during daytime events, illuminating the neutral canvas of white walls and concrete floors. When darkness falls, the space takes on a completely different character, with event lighting bouncing off the exposed beams overhead. As a dry hire venue, you bring in everything from furniture to sound systems, giving you complete control over the atmosphere.
