Room 1 sits at the heart of Fabric, where exposed Victorian brickwork meets cutting-edge sound technology. This is the space that transforms from intimate seated dinners for 160 to full-scale parties for 800 people, all under the same soaring industrial ceilings that have witnessed countless legendary nights. We've installed Europe's first bass-loaded "Bodysonic" system here, which means your guests don't just hear the music, they feel it through the dancefloor. Fashion brands love how the stage works as a runway, while corporate clients appreciate that the same space handles theatre-style presentations for 220 just as smoothly. The standalone DJ booth and fully stocked bar mean everything's ready to go when you need it. The room's versatility shows in the details. Need cabaret seating for 80? Done. Planning a standing reception? We'll configure the space for 800 guests. The lighting system, the same one creating atmosphere on our weekend nights, adapts from subtle ambience for dinner events to full production values for shows. Air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable, while our PA system and projector handle all your technical requirements. Getting here couldn't be easier, we're literally a few minutes' walk from Farringdon Station. And yes, we have free parking in central London, which your guests will definitely appreciate. The building is wheelchair accessible throughout. What really sets Room 1 apart is flexibility. External caterers? Bring them in. Need to run late? Our licence goes until 5am, with extensions available. Whether you're launching a product, hosting a charity fundraiser, or throwing the kind of corporate party people remember, this space adapts to your vision while keeping that raw Fabric energy that makes every event feel special.
