Our Private Dining Room sits beneath the curved brick ceiling of Manchester's historic railway arches, where copper distillery stills gleam through a glass partition. Purple velvet chairs surround the sleek dining table, creating an intimate space for 16 guests while the working distillery provides unexpected theatre through the viewing window. We've designed this room to work perfectly for celebration dinners and corporate gatherings. The exposed brickwork catches warm light from our pendant lamps, while daylight streams through original arched windows during afternoon events. When you book the space, you're getting both privacy from the main bar and that distinctive view of our gin-making equipment, copper stills and all. The room adapts to different party styles. Corporate groups often start with drinks while watching the distillers at work, then settle in for dinner service. Birthday parties tend to love the mix of industrial heritage and comfortable modern touches, especially when we dim the lights and let the copper stills create that golden glow through the glass wall. Wedding parties use it for rehearsal dinners or intimate receptions, taking advantage of the separate entrance that keeps things feeling exclusive. Our kitchen sends through waves of izakaya-inspired plates designed to share, though we can arrange traditional plated service if you prefer. The bar team creates bespoke cocktails using spirits made just metres away, visible through that glass partition. We've installed proper air conditioning to keep everyone comfortable, plus a flatscreen TV and PA system for speeches or presentations. The space sits just off Watson Street, with Piccadilly and Victoria stations both within walking distance. Our events team handles the details, from arranging furniture layouts to coordinating arrival times, letting you focus on your guests rather than logistics.
