Every Friday night at Bunga Bunga , we watch suited professionals transform into karaoke stars beneath our red and white striped ceiling. This basement hideaway in Holborn turns corporate events and birthday parties into something genuinely memorable, with space for 400 standing guests or 150 seated around our long banquet tables. We've decked out the room with vintage Italian posters, wooden furniture that actually looks good after midnight, and enough twinkling lights to make everyone look fantastic in photos. The stage, framed by velvet curtains, hosts everything from live bands to DJ sets, all powered by our proper sound system that means you feel the bass without shouting over it. Our metre-long pizzas arrive at tables like theatre props, getting everyone sharing and talking. The bar sits under its own constellation of lights, where our team mixes cocktails heavy on the Aperol and prosecco. We've hosted pharmaceutical launches where executives ended up doing the limbo, hen parties with full choreographed routines, and 40th birthdays that went until 3am. The space works brilliantly for different event formats, from seated dinners that flow into dancing, to standing receptions where guests move between the bar, stage area, and those banquet tables that somehow always end up as dance platforms by midnight. Our tech setup includes WiFi, projector, flatscreen TV, and that sound system we mentioned, covering whatever your event needs. Getting here is straightforward, with multiple transport links near Covent Garden making it easy for guests to find us. This isn't your standard corporate venue, we're the place you book when you want people to actually remember your event, not just attend it.
