**Screen 2** Seventy-two velvet armchairs face our cinema screen, each one paired with its own side table for drinks and nibbles. This is Screen 2 at Everyman Wokingham, where corporate presentations get the Hollywood treatment and birthday parties feel like premieres. The room wraps you in warm, dark tones with elegant wood panelling that catches the soft lighting just right. We've kitted out the space with a Sony 4K projector and Dolby 7.1 digital sound, so whether you're showcasing your latest product or screening a favourite film, the quality speaks for itself. Our PA system and microphones mean speeches carry perfectly to every corner. Your guests can settle into those famous velvet seats with proper legroom, not the cramped quarters you'd find elsewhere. We handle everything from morning AGMs to evening celebrations, with our bar staying open until half past midnight for those longer events. The menu covers all bases, including vegan and gluten-free options, though you're welcome to bring in external caterers for a buyout fee. Finding us couldn't be simpler, we're tucked into the Elms Field entertainment hub, just a short stroll from Wokingham station. Free parking too, which your guests will thank you for. Worth noting that Screen 2 sits upstairs, so while our venue offers wheelchair access, this particular space requires taking the stairs. Product launches, award ceremonies, milestone birthdays, team meetings that break the mould, we've hosted them all.
