The Book Rotunda rises through five stories of Birmingham's Library, where thousands of books create a dramatic circular wall that surrounds your celebration. We've hosted fashion shows here where models descended the long escalators as guests watched from below, and gala dinners where the book-lined walls glowed under colored uplights that matched the event theme. This extraordinary space works brilliantly for different occasions. For weddings, couples exchange vows surrounded by centuries of stories, while corporate clients use the natural acoustics for product launches that need impact. The parquet flooring warms the space, and we can arrange tables in various configurations—whether that's round tables for 168 at a banquet, theatre seating for 200, or keeping the floor clear for 300 guests at a cocktail reception. The architecture itself becomes part of your event. Those towering bookshelves create intimate corners for conversation during drinks receptions, while the open center allows for a proper dance floor when the evening calls for it. We've seen clients project images onto the curved walls, hang installations from the ceiling, and even bring in illuminated trees that reach up toward the glass roof. Getting here couldn't be easier, with Birmingham New Street station just minutes away and plenty of parking nearby. Our dedicated event coordinators handle everything from initial planning to the moment your last guest leaves. Very pleasant room. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Particularly liked the iPad comms to gte hold of staff. Refreshments were excellent and timely. Some minor issues with equipment but staff worked hard to resolve these
