The Festival Site sprawls across 10 acres of open ground behind our warehouses, where industrial London meets outdoor celebration. This isn't your typical event space, we've transformed what was once working yards into a proper festival ground that holds up to 20,000 people. The site comes alive with possibilities. Food trucks pull up alongside the perimeter, picnic tables dot the gravel terrain, and pop-up bars spring up wherever you need them. The industrial warehouses towering around the edges create natural boundaries while shipping containers scattered throughout add to that authentic East London character. It's raw, it's real, and it works brilliantly for everything from music festivals to outdoor exhibitions. What we love about this space is how the urban landscape becomes part of your event. Those warehouse walls make perfect projection surfaces after dark, the open ground means you can configure stages, sound systems and installations however suits your vision. Film crews particularly appreciate the industrial backdrop, it saves them building sets when the atmosphere already exists. The practical stuff matters too. The gravel surface handles weather well, there's plenty of room for production vehicles and equipment, and the industrial setting means sound carries without bothering residential neighbours. Just five minutes from Meridian Water Station, guests can reach us easily while delivery trucks have direct access through our loading areas. We've hosted electronic music festivals that ran until dawn, outdoor product launches that used every corner of the space, and private parties where the industrial setting became the star. The combination of massive capacity, flexible layout options, and that unmistakable warehouse district atmosphere makes our Festival Site one of the few London venues that genuinely feels limitless.
