Sarah Leigh's striking 4.5-meter landscape dominates one wall of our Dining Room, where up to 40 guests can gather around tables dressed in crisp linens for celebratory dinners. The painting captures the British countryside that inspires our kitchen, and through the large windows flooding the space with natural light, you'll glimpse Chef Director Ben Ternent and his team preparing seasonal dishes from local farmers and fishermen. We've arranged the room to feel both grand and intimate, with round and long tables that we configure based on your celebration. For anniversary dinners, we often set up smaller rounds that encourage conversation, while birthday parties might call for longer communal tables where everyone can share in the toasts. The space transforms beautifully for standing receptions too, accommodating 50 guests for more fluid celebrations with canapés and our signature cocktails. The neutral tones of our furnishings create a canvas for your event, whether you're marking a milestone birthday or hosting an exclusive dinner party. Professional audio facilities mean speeches carry clearly to every corner, while air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during summer celebrations.
