Looking out across the pitch from the first floor of the Carlsberg Stand, our Directors Lounge combines the energy of rugby heritage with the polish your special event deserves. This is where board members gather on match days, but we transform it into something quite different for parties, celebrations and corporate gatherings throughout the year. The room comfortably holds 120 guests for cocktail receptions, with plenty of space to mingle between the private bar and the floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. For seated dinners, we arrange tables for 80, leaving room for a proper dance floor when the band or DJ gets going. The flexibility works brilliantly - we've hosted everything from milestone birthday parties with live entertainment to sophisticated charity galas where guests bid on auction items between courses. Your guests won't need to leave the lounge for drinks, thanks to our dedicated bar tucked into the corner. Our events team stocks it according to your preferences, whether that's champagne and cocktails for a celebration or craft beers for a more casual gathering. The built-in PA system and projector handle speeches, presentations or photo slideshows without any fuss, while our high-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected. When you need extra space, the adjoining Cocktail Lounge opens up for pre-dinner drinks or provides a quieter area where guests can chat away from the music. The Saints Boardrooms next door work perfectly as cloakrooms or preparation areas for entertainers. Getting here takes just five minutes from the M1, with over 1,500 parking spaces available. Our in-house catering team crafts menus to match your event style, from canapés and bowl food to formal three-course dinners. The registration desk by the entrance helps with guest check-in, making arrivals smooth even for larger parties.
