The roses are in full bloom as we prepare Harris Garden for another summer celebration. This cherished outdoor space at Lord's Cricket Ground has been hosting parties and receptions since 1934, when it was transformed from a lawn tennis court into the elegant garden you see today, created in memory of Lord Harris. Picture your guests mingling beneath our retractable umbrellas, wooden tables and chairs arranged throughout the landscaped grounds. We can accommodate up to 200 people comfortably, with two bars positioned so nobody waits long for refreshments. The garden's layout flows naturally, whether you're planning stand-up cocktails or a seated dinner under the stars. Our stone walls, draped with climbing plants, create an intimate atmosphere while the surrounding greenery provides a peaceful escape from London life. The historic Pavilion frames one side of the garden, reminding everyone they're celebrating somewhere rather special. We've hosted countless wedding receptions here, watching couples toast their future as the sun sets over the cricket ground. Corporate summer parties take on a relaxed feel, and private celebrations gain that extra touch of distinction. St. John's Wood station sits just ten minutes away on foot, making arrival simple for your guests. Should the British weather turn unpredictable, we have indoor spaces ready as backup, though most summer evenings here are glorious. Our catering team serves everything from canapés to full dinners, and we're fully licensed with the flexibility for corkage arrangements if you prefer to bring special bottles.
