Our railway arches have seen plenty of parties, but when you take over Flat Iron Square Exclusive Takeover, you get the whole playground to yourself. Up to 450 guests can spread across our interconnected spaces, from the main Taproom with its exposed brick walls to the garden terrace where fairy lights twinkle overhead as the evening draws in. The beauty of booking the entire square is how naturally people flow between spaces. Your guests might start with drinks at one of our two fully-stocked bars, wander outside to the covered terrace for fresh air, then drift back inside when they hear their favourite song playing. We've got 16 HD screens throughout, including that massive 16-footer that turns match days into proper celebrations, but they work just as brilliantly for presentations or party visuals. What really sets us apart is having five independent food traders operating throughout your event. No preset menus or complicated catering logistics, just brilliant street food from Korean BBQ to artisan pizzas, available whenever your guests fancy a bite. The industrial arches create their own atmosphere with high ceilings and original brickwork, while our heating and covered areas mean British weather won't dampen anyone's spirits. Borough Station sits just around the corner, making arrivals simple, and we're tucked right under the Lowline walkway connecting Elephant & Castle to Tower Bridge. Ground-level access throughout means everyone can move freely, and with no noise restrictions, your band or DJ can keep the energy high all night. The adjacent arch even houses arcade machines and quirky touches like our community book swap, giving guests unexpected corners to discover. From product launches that used our screens for impact to birthday bashes that turned the whole square into a dance floor, we've hosted it all. The space already hums with energy, you just need to add your people.
