Welcome to Screen 1, where corporate presentations and private celebrations take on a whole new dimension. This isn't your typical event space, we've transformed cinema luxury into something far more versatile. Picture 109 of your guests settling into plush sofas and armchairs in rich reds, purples and greys, each with their own footrest and individual table, arranged theatre-style across our tiered floor. The technical capabilities here match the comfort level. Our Sony 4K Digital projection system paired with 7.1 digital audio creates an immersive experience whether you're showcasing a product launch video or streaming a live presentation. We've equipped the space with HDMI laptop connectivity, PA system and microphones, making corporate AGMs, awards ceremonies and conferences run smoothly. The large cinematic screen becomes your canvas for whatever content drives your event. Just minutes from Poplar Station in the heart of Canary Wharf Shopping Centre, getting here couldn't be easier for your guests. Our full bar service means cocktails and wines can be delivered directly to seats, or enjoyed in our spacious foyer area where networking happens naturally before and after your main event. We offer gourmet food options including comprehensive vegan menus, plus the flexibility to bring your own catering or alcohol with our corkage arrangement. The subtle wall lighting creates an intimate glow without interfering with presentations, while our air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable regardless of season. Wheelchair accessibility ensures all your guests can join in. From birthday celebrations with a film screening to product launches that need impact, from corporate gatherings requiring professional AV to private parties wanting something different, Screen 1 adapts to your vision while maintaining that distinctive cinematic atmosphere that makes events here genuinely memorable.
