The pipe organ's majestic presence sets the tone for every event in our Main Space, where wooden arches sweep upward to meet an intricately carved ceiling. We've watched this extraordinary room transform from Sunday worship to Saturday celebrations, each configuration bringing out different qualities of the architecture that has graced York Place for generations. Theatre-style, we accommodate 650 guests with every seat offering clear sightlines to our prominent stage. Corporate presentations benefit from the same acoustics that carry our choir's voices, while our AV team manages projectors and microphones with the expertise gained from years of hybrid services. Round tables for 180 create an entirely different atmosphere for banquets, where the stained glass windows cast coloured light across white linens as evening approaches. Cabaret arrangements for 150 work particularly well here, combining dining with entertainment in a way that encourages conversation between performances. Standing receptions flow naturally through the space, with 400 guests finding comfortable corners for networking beneath the soaring arches. Our glass foyer entrance provides the perfect registration area, keeping arrivals smooth even for capacity events.
