The Bottom Floor at Gaucho Covent Garden transforms from sophisticated dining room to theatrical party space as evening falls. Red velvet curtains sweep along the walls, creating an intimate atmosphere that feels like your own private theatre beneath Covent Garden's bustling streets. We've designed this space to accommodate 100 seated guests or 150 standing, with flexible layouts that adapt to your celebration style. Dark wood floors and metallic accents catch the warm lighting, while our open kitchen adds energy to the room. Round tables with plush upholstered chairs can be arranged for formal dining or cleared for dancing. The fully stocked bar anchors one end of the space, where our bartenders craft cocktails like La Pasión Del Chocolate alongside premium spirits and our extensive South American wine collection. During dinner service, the space feels elegant and contained, perfect for milestone birthdays or company celebrations. As night progresses, we can bring in DJs or live entertainment, transforming the room into something more akin to a Buenos Aires speakeasy.
