Three intimate pergolas perch high above Manchester's streets, where up to 16 guests can gather amongst potted greenery and comfortable seating while the city unfolds below. We've created these sheltered outdoor spaces on our rooftop terrace as peaceful retreats that still feel connected to the urban energy surrounding us. During daylight hours, glass walls frame the cityscape while natural light floods across plush chairs and stylish tables arranged for easy conversation. Our guests often comment on how the fresh air and elevated position create an atmosphere quite unlike traditional party venues, particularly when celebrating birthdays or hosting casual gatherings with friends. Each pergola features protective umbrellas that let you enjoy the terrace whatever Manchester's weather decides to do. As darkness falls, the space takes on a completely different character, with city lights creating an enchanting backdrop for evening celebrations. We've found this transformation makes The Pergolas particularly popular for parties that start in the afternoon and continue into the night. Our in-house kitchen serves European and British dishes directly to your pergola, while our bar remains open until 1:00 AM for those longer celebrations. The combination of outdoor setting and full service means your party flows naturally without anyone needing to move between different areas. Getting here couldn't be simpler, with both Deansgate and Salford Central stations just a short walk away. Several paid parking options nearby make it convenient for guests arriving by car.
