Red walls lined with antique curiosities greet you as you step into our Georgian townhouse on Seymour Street, where we've been hosting rather special celebrations since 2015. When you book the Whole Venue at The Zetter Townhouse Marylebone, you're essentially borrowing our eccentric Uncle Seymour's entire home for your event, complete with his fascinating collection of vintage treasures and peculiar finds. Our main gathering space, Seymour's Parlour, accommodates up to 80 guests amongst plush seating and ornate rugs, with that grand fireplace creating quite the focal point. Natural light pours through the large windows during daytime events, while evenings see the space transform into something altogether more intimate. The full venue hire extends your celebration throughout the townhouse, welcoming up to 100 guests for receptions. We handle all the practical details that matter. Our in-house catering team prepares everything from canapés to full meals, with halal options always available. The bar serves our award-winning cocktails alongside wines and spirits, though we're equally happy to keep things simple with tea and coffee service. Music equipment comes ready to use, and yes, we're fully wheelchair accessible throughout. Having 24 bedrooms upstairs proves particularly useful, some of your guests can retire straight to bed after the festivities. We've hosted wedding receptions where the couple stayed in our best suite, birthday parties where friends occupied an entire floor, and corporate events where delegates appreciated not having to navigate late-night taxis. You'll find us moments from Marble Arch Station, with Selfridges, Oxford Street and Hyde Park all within easy walking distance. The Mayfair neighbourhood sits just around the corner too, handy for guests arriving from all directions.
