The Semi-Private Space at Adam's Restaurant transforms dinner into theatre, with front-row seats to our Michelin-starred kitchen. Through the glass partition, you'll watch Adam Stokes and his team work their magic, plating each course with the precision that earned us three AA Rosettes and our place in the Good Food Guide. This underground dining room wraps eight guests in sophisticated comfort. We've created drama with black walls, carefully placed mirrors, and artwork that catches the light just right. The rich hardwood floors ground the space, while our U-shaped table arrangement means everyone stays part of the conversation, whether you're sealing business deals or toasting a special birthday. Down here, the energy shifts. You're close enough to hear the satisfying sizzle from the kitchen, to see garnishes placed with tweezers, to understand why each dish takes the time it does.
