The presentation screen and flip chart are positioned for clear visibility from every seat, and we arrange the comfortable chairs and tables in whatever configuration suits your agenda best. Many groups choose the U-shaped setup for 18 when they want everyone engaged in discussion, while others prefer theatre-style seating when presenting to larger audiences. Ground-floor access means your attendees walk straight in from the car park, particularly helpful when carrying laptops or presentation materials.
