Our Harbour Suite 3 brings together everything you need for productive meetings in one carefully designed space. The polished wooden table running the length of the room creates an immediate sense of purpose, with modern chairs positioned to encourage both focused work and collaborative discussion. We've configured this room to work brilliantly for groups of different sizes. For boardroom meetings, we comfortably seat 18 people around the main table, while theatre-style presentations work perfectly for up to 35 attendees. The flexibility means you can host anything from departmental training sessions to strategy workshops or private business dinners. The practical touches make all the difference during long meeting days. We place fresh notepads, quality pens and water at each seat, so your team arrives to find everything ready. Our large plasma screen connects seamlessly with the projector system, making presentations straightforward whether you're sharing quarterly results or running interactive training modules. Flipcharts stand ready in the corners for those spontaneous brainstorming moments that often produce the best ideas.
