Looking out across the Quays from our meeting room windows, you'll understand why so many teams choose this space for their important conversations. Our meeting room comfortably seats up to 10 people around a substantial wooden boardroom table. We've mounted a 65-inch TV at just the right height so everyone can see clearly, and the HD Logitech webcam handles video calls without the usual technical fuss. The whiteboard covers most of one wall, giving teams plenty of space to map out ideas during workshops or planning sessions. The ground floor location means easy access for everyone, and we've kept the setup simple but effective. Fast Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without slowing down, while the 36-inch screen provides an additional display option when needed. We stock the room with notepads and pens, so you can focus on your agenda rather than hunting for supplies. Being part of the MediaCity quarter puts us five minutes' walk from excellent transport connections, though many guests prefer driving here knowing they'll find dedicated free parking waiting. The waterfront location offers a refreshing change of pace, especially during breaks when teams can step outside for fresh air by the water. Throughout the day, from our 9am opening until 5pm close, we keep fresh tea and coffee available. Our team stays nearby to help with any technical questions or room adjustments you might need. Recent guests particularly appreciate how straightforward everything is here, from finding us to getting straight into productive work. The combination of practical facilities and waterside setting creates an environment where teams consistently achieve what they came to accomplish.
