The Executive Boardroom transports you back to the golden age of British business, where deals were sealed over brandy and important conversations unfolded in wood-panelled sanctuaries. This former Gentlemen's smoking room retains its original fireplace, now serving as a focal point for strategic discussions rather than cigar smoke. Oil paintings from the era watch over your meetings, their gilded frames catching the natural light that streams through tall windows. We've preserved the room's oak panelling while ensuring every modern business requirement is met. The polished boardroom table seats up to 20 comfortably, though we can reconfigure the space for classroom sessions, banquet dinners, or theatre presentations. At 10 metres long and 7 metres wide, with 3-metre high ceilings, the room never feels cramped, even during full-day strategy sessions. Our audio-visual setup integrates discreetly into the historic architecture, with screens that emerge only when needed. Strong Wi-Fi reaches every corner, and power points are cleverly concealed within the period features. The original fireplace mantel often becomes an impromptu display area for product launches or awards ceremonies. During breaks, your team can stretch their legs in the corridors lined with Edwardian artwork, or step outside into Covent Garden for fresh air. The Underground station connects directly to our building, making arrival simple for delegates coming from across London. We've hosted board meetings for FTSE companies, diplomatic negotiations, and family business successions in this room, each group finding the atmosphere conducive to important decisions. The space accommodates various layouts: 25 in boardroom style, 20 in classroom formation, or up to 50 for presentations. Full disabled access ensures every team member can participate comfortably.
