Walking into Meeting Room 7, the first thing that catches your eye is how the natural light plays across the square table that seats 10 people comfortably. We've positioned this room to capture daylight through large windows, which our members find helps keep everyone engaged during longer sessions. The space works brilliantly for team meetings and brainstorming sessions. We've installed a whiteboard wall that runs the full length of one side, giving you plenty of room to map out ideas, sketch workflows, or capture those lightbulb moments as they happen. The large LCD screen mounted on the wall connects easily to laptops for presentations, video calls, or sharing documents with the whole team. We chose a mix of green and grey chairs that add subtle colour without being distracting, and the muted green accent wall creates a calm backdrop for focused work. The square table configuration means everyone can see each other clearly, which we find makes discussions flow more naturally than traditional boardroom setups. Our venue sits right in Fitzrovia, with Tottenham Court Road and Goodge Street stations just minutes away. Charlotte Street's restaurants are perfect for taking clients to lunch, and you'll find plenty of coffee shops nearby for those essential pre-meeting caffeine fixes. The room benefits from all our building's amenities, including secure bike storage if you cycle in, proper shower facilities, and our roof terrace where you can decompress after intense sessions. Our on-site team handles all the practical details, from helping with tech setup to ensuring the room is perfectly prepared for your arrival. Previous guests consistently mention how our team goes above and beyond to ensure meetings run smoothly. They particularly appreciate the clean, well-equipped spaces and find the environment comfortable for both quick catch-ups and day-long strategy sessions. Easy to book and check in. It was a little noisy from the room next door but otherwise the room was great. Janine on the front desk was brilliant and really looked after us.

Excellent meeting venue. The room was comfortable, clean and well equipped. Perfect size for up to 4 people. The reception staff were friendly and efficient. I will definitely use this meeting space again.
