Our versatile Keats & Shelley Rooms offer a bright, functional space where productive meetings naturally unfold. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the combined rooms with daylight, creating an energising atmosphere across the 15.5 by 4.75 metre space. We've designed these rooms to adapt to your specific needs. Theatre-style presentations work beautifully for up to 50 attendees, while boardroom discussions feel perfectly pitched for 30 participants around the table. For training sessions, we arrange classroom seating for 28, or create a collaborative U-shape for 26. When you're hosting working lunches or interactive workshops, our cabaret setup welcomes 25, whilst banquet-style dining accommodates 40 guests comfortably. Every technical detail has been considered. The LCD projector and screen integrate seamlessly into presentations, while complimentary WiFi keeps everyone connected throughout your session. Air conditioning maintains comfort levels regardless of season or group size, letting you focus entirely on the business at hand. The neutral décor and comfortable seating create a professional backdrop that won't distract from your content. Natural light transforms the space throughout the day, reducing the need for artificial lighting and helping maintain energy levels during longer sessions. The hotel took 28 hours to confirm the booking and offered me an upgrade to a larger room as the room requested was not available. Unfortunately this information was not communicated to the reception staff who could not find the booking and suggested that I was in the w...
