Our Meeting Room 5 sits on one of the upper floors, where natural light pours through floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the day. The elongated boardroom table seats 10 comfortably, with ergonomic chairs that actually support you through those three-hour strategy sessions. We've mounted a large screen on the wall with built-in video conferencing kit, including camera and sound bar, so your remote colleagues feel like they're sitting right there with you. The room catches morning light beautifully, which tends to energise early meetings. We've added plants to soften the clean lines of the space, and the neutral colour palette keeps things calm when discussions heat up. The contemporary light fixtures provide excellent illumination for evening sessions, adjustable to match whatever mood you need to set. Tech-wise, we've thought of everything. Beyond the standard WiFi and screen setup, our reception keeps a collection of adapter cables that previous guests have taught us are essential. One recent client mentioned being impressed we had the exact obscure connector they needed, saving their presentation at the last minute. Great spot to host a meeting. Was really impressed with the level of service - they even had an obscure connector cable to connect my laptop to the screen. Highly recommend!
