Our Pullman Room suits those smaller gatherings where every voice matters. The substantial boardroom table anchors the space, ready for up to 16 people to engage in focused discussion. We've positioned it to make the most of natural light streaming through the window, while overhead lighting keeps things bright when Bradford's weather turns grey. The room has a professional feel without being stuffy. Blue upholstered chairs provide proper support for those longer strategy sessions, and the gold and blue carpet adds warmth underfoot. Textured walls give the space character, a subtle nod to our Victorian heritage without overwhelming the room's business focus. We set out notepads and pens before each meeting, keeping the table ready for immediate productivity. Free Wi-Fi runs throughout, so presentations stream smoothly and remote colleagues can join without hassle. The window offers a pleasant view while maintaining privacy for confidential discussions. For different meeting styles, we can reconfigure the space. Theatre-style, we fit 35 attendees, perfect for presentations or training sessions. Classroom layout works for 14, giving everyone desk space for laptops and materials. The U-shape arrangement seats 16, encouraging dialogue while keeping the presenter visible to all. Our venue sits right beside Forster Square Train Station, making arrival straightforward for those travelling from Leeds, Manchester, or London.
