The Times meeting room sits on one of the upper floors of our News Building, where Renzo Piano's architectural vision comes to life. We've designed this space to accommodate 12 people comfortably around our generous boardroom table, creating the right environment for productive discussions and decision-making. Our high-backed chairs provide proper support during those longer strategy sessions, while the mounted flat-screen TV makes presenting quarterly results or project updates straightforward. We've kept the décor deliberately neutral, letting your ideas take centre stage rather than competing with the surroundings. The overhead lighting ensures everyone can read documents clearly and take notes without straining. This particular room works brilliantly for board meetings, client pitches, and team planning sessions. The rectangular table layout means everyone can see each other properly, which we find makes discussions flow more naturally. We've positioned a clock on the wall, helpful for keeping your agenda on track without constantly checking phones. While the Times room itself focuses on privacy and concentration, you'll find our communal areas just outside offer a complete contrast. Those floor-to-ceiling windows in our breakout spaces flood the building with natural light, perfect for continuing conversations over coffee after your meeting wraps up. Our modern kitchen facilities mean you can arrange working lunches without leaving the building. Being so close to London Bridge Station makes getting here simple, whether your attendees are travelling from Surrey or Shoreditch. Borough Market practically neighbours us, brilliant for grabbing breakfast before an early meeting or unwinding afterwards. Monument and Cannon Street stations provide additional options for your team members coming from different directions. Our support team ensures your meeting runs smoothly, from initial booking through to the day itself. The room comes fully equipped and ready to use, so you can focus on your agenda rather than logistics.

Regus didn't have our details on the system when we showed. But I only booked at 4pm the day before. The room wasn't as the picture. An outside view on the picture but we were given an internal room with no windows. Tech worked first time which is great. Wi-Fi very slow...
