Configured in a practical U-shape, the room brings up to 18 delegates together around tables that encourage proper discussion, not just passive listening. Blue carpeting and neutral walls keep distractions minimal, while large windows flood the space with natural light through adjustable vertical blinds. We've positioned comfortable black chairs at each place, because we know that productive meetings require participants who can focus on the conversation, not their discomfort. The projector handles your presentations reliably, positioned where everyone can see clearly without craning necks or shifting seats. Along the sideboard, you'll find hot and cold drinks ready throughout your booking, plus biscuits to keep energy levels steady. When your agenda demands more substantial catering, our kitchen can provide proper meals that fit your schedule and requirements. Transport couldn't be simpler. Whether your delegates arrive from Coventry, Warwick, Leamington Spa or Kenilworth, they're all within 10 minutes by car. Two mainline railway stations serve our location directly, while Birmingham and Coventry airports connect international visitors without lengthy transfers. The motorway network brings you straight to our barrier-controlled site, where parking spaces wait on-site. Available Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm, the room adapts to half-day sessions or full-day workshops with equal ease.
