Natural light fills the room throughout the day, though we've installed adjustable lighting for those late afternoon strategy sessions. Technology drives modern meetings, so we've installed a 65" UHD 4K television with integrated video conferencing. Your remote colleagues appear life-sized on screen, and the built-in microphones pick up every voice around the table clearly. The PA system handles larger presentations effortlessly, while traditional flipcharts remain ready for brainstorming sessions. Everything connects seamlessly, from laptops to smartphones, keeping technical delays to a minimum.
