Suite 102 welcomes your team into a bright, naturally-lit space where windows span the length of the room, creating an atmosphere that keeps everyone engaged throughout your meeting. We've designed this 24-square-metre room to work perfectly for groups of 8 to 15 people, depending on how you prefer to arrange the furniture. The room adapts to your meeting style. Set it up boardroom-style for eight people when you need everyone around one table for strategic discussions. Choose classroom layout, also for eight, when training requires individual workspace. For presentations to larger groups, we can arrange theatre seating for up to 15 attendees. The furniture moves easily, so switching between setups takes just minutes. Your presentations run smoothly with our LCD projector and white screen already in place. When you need complete focus on your slides, the blackout facilities darken the room entirely. The high-speed Wi-Fi handles multiple devices without slowing down, and we've installed wired internet connections for those who prefer them. Multiple phone lines mean your conference calls connect clearly without technical hiccups. Throughout your day, fresh coffee and tea stay available whenever anyone needs a refill. We place bowls of sweets and fresh fruit around the room, giving your attendees something to reach for during intensive discussions. Come lunchtime, you'll choose between hot and cold options, all included in your booking. Our conference executive looks after the practical side of your meeting. They'll check the projector works properly, ensure the air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable, and respond quickly if you need anything adjusted.
