The Board Room proves that small meetings can make big impressions. Eight of you can gather around our polished wooden boardroom table, where the black leather chairs actually support you through those marathon strategy sessions. We've positioned this room right next to reception on the ground floor, so your guests won't need a map to find you. Those floor-to-ceiling windows do more than flood the space with natural light, they frame Newcastle's cityscape in a way that regularly distracts our visitors mid-presentation. The deep blue walls create a focused atmosphere, while the mounted flat-screen TV handles everything from PowerPoint slides to video calls without fuss. Our tech setup includes high-speed Wi-Fi that stays reliable even when everyone's devices are connected, plus a flipchart for those moments when you need to sketch out ideas old-school style. Coffee keeps conversations flowing here. We brew it fresh throughout the day, alongside specialty teas and a rotating selection of biscuits that somehow always includes chocolate digestives. The water cooler in the corner ensures nobody's voice gives out during lengthy discussions. Our reception team knows this room inside out, they'll sort your AV connections, point you toward the smoking area if needed, and generally make sure nothing derails your agenda. Previous guests consistently mention how the bright atmosphere helps productivity, with one recent visitor noting the "fab equipment" made their session run exactly as planned. Brilliant venue- lovely bright room with fab equipment. Just what we needed. Catering was lovely that the venue ordered in for us and the unlimited tea/coffee/biscuits was nice too :) Staff are really friendly and helpful - definitely will use this venue/site again!
