Our venue sits in 35 acres of Surrey woodland, but you're only 15 minutes from Gatwick, which our international clients particularly appreciate. There's plenty of parking right outside, and our catering team can bring in anything from working lunches to proper afternoon teas. We've noticed groups often spill out onto the terraces during breaks when the weather's nice, coffee in hand, which seems to help with those tricky afternoon sessions. For evening events, you can bring your own music or DJ, transforming the space completely. The flexibility here means we've seen Charlwood One work brilliantly for everything from strategic planning days to product launches.
