The Belle Room combines everything you need for productive meetings with the kind of details that make work feel less like work. On the third floor of our Bristol venue, this space seats up to 10 people around a sleek black oval table, with cream-coloured chairs that keep everyone comfortable through those longer sessions. We've equipped the room with a 75" Interactive Clevertouch Smart Screen mounted on the wall, which transforms presentations and makes remote participants feel like they're actually in the room. The conference phone and high-speed Wi-Fi handle virtual meetings without the usual technical hiccups, while whiteboards and flipcharts give you options for brainstorming sessions that need a more hands-on approach. Natural light streams through the glass partition, brightening the space without creating glare on screens. The air conditioning keeps things comfortable year-round, and we've added geometric gold patterns to the walls that create visual interest without distraction. Fresh flowers and contemporary artwork complete the professional atmosphere. Twenty minutes from Temple Meads station, our venue sits surrounded by shops and cafés, making it easy for attendees to grab coffee before meetings or find lunch spots afterwards. We offer bike storage and showers for those who prefer to cycle in, and our reception team consistently receives praise for making sure everything runs smoothly.
