The Horrocks Suite offers one of our most adaptable spaces, where original Victorian brickwork meets contemporary business needs. This generous room easily transforms from intimate boardroom discussions for 35 to theatre-style presentations hosting up to 100 delegates, with classroom, U-shaped and cabaret configurations in between. Natural light pours through the large windows throughout the day, illuminating the exposed brick walls that tell the story of our building's industrial heritage. We've found this combination of historical character and bright, airy atmosphere helps teams think more creatively during workshops and training sessions. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable regardless of the season or group size. Our venue has equipped the suite with everything modern meetings demand. The 4K screens deliver crystal-clear presentations visible from every seat, while the PA system ensures clear audio even in larger gatherings. For hybrid meetings, we provide live streaming hardware and super-fast WiFi with a dedicated connection for the suite, so remote participants experience the session just as clearly as those in the room. Our events team handles the practical elements that matter. We'll arrange the furniture exactly as you've requested before you arrive, have your presentation ready to display, and greet your delegates as they enter. When you need printing services for handouts or course materials, we handle that on-site. For refreshments, we work with local suppliers to provide catering options that match your budget and dietary requirements. You'll find us right in Preston city centre, with free parking available on-site when spaces permit. The bus and train stations sit just a short walk away, making arrival simple for delegates travelling from across the region. We open seven days a week, including evenings, giving you flexibility to schedule training programmes, conferences or important meetings when they suit your team best.
