Our largest function space, the Hayward Suite, occupies pride of place within our venue with its sweeping views across the pitch through those floor-to-ceiling windows that never fail to impress first-time visitors. We've configured this room countless ways over the years, from 80-person boardroom setups for annual strategy sessions to full-scale conferences with 400 delegates in theatre style. The space really comes into its own when we set it up for banquets. Picture 300 of your guests seated at round tables dressed in crisp white linens, with the floodlit stadium creating a dramatic backdrop as evening falls. Those modern pillars throughout the room actually work in your favour, naturally creating more intimate zones within the larger space whilst maintaining clear sightlines to our built-in screen for presentations. Natural light pours through the windows during daytime meetings, though we can adjust the air conditioning and lighting to suit any time of year. The neutral colour palette means your company branding really pops on screen, and our AV team ensures everything runs smoothly with the included Wi-Fi, projector and PA system all tested before you arrive. When numbers require it, we can divide the suite into two sections, the Molineux Suite and Executive Club, which works brilliantly for breakout sessions or when you need a separate catering area. Our kitchen team adapts menus to match your event style, whether that's working lunches for training days or three-course dinners for award ceremonies. Getting your delegates here couldn't be simpler, Wolverhampton Central Station sits just half a mile away, and we provide ample free parking for those driving in.
