The Kew Room sits quietly beside our canal-side Waterfront space, where morning light reflects off the water and fills the room through generous windows. We've furnished this ground-floor meeting space for 20 people maximum, keeping things intimate enough for genuine conversation while providing all the technology modern meetings demand. Board members settling around our table for ten find themselves in a pillar-free room where everyone can see and hear perfectly. When training sessions call for note-taking, we reconfigure into classroom style for 15, while presentations work beautifully in theatre format accommodating the full 20 delegates. The neutral walls showcase contemporary artwork that adds character without distraction, creating an atmosphere where ideas flow as steadily as the canal boats passing outside. Our AV setup handles everything from spreadsheet reviews on the flatscreen TV to full presentations via projector. The teleconferencing facilities connect remote participants seamlessly, while traditional flipcharts remain on hand for brainstorming sessions. Air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable through long strategy discussions, adjusting automatically as afternoon sun warms the space.
