Our meeting spaces carry the names of Glasgow's famous landmarks, and the Kelvingrove Suite honours one of the city's most beloved attractions. This 49-square-metre room on the first floor welcomes your team with abundant natural daylight streaming through large windows, creating an energising environment for productive discussions. The teal accents and contemporary artwork throughout the space add character without distraction, while the neutral palette keeps the focus on your agenda. We've designed this room to adapt to your needs, accommodating 50 delegates in theatre style, 24 in classroom setup, 20 around a boardroom table or U-shape, and 30 for cabaret-style workshops. The built-in Bluetooth speakers deliver crystal-clear audio across the room, complementing the LCD projector for presentations. Your delegates will appreciate the practical touches we've incorporated. Air conditioning maintains comfort throughout long sessions, while complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi keeps everyone connected. We provide conference stationery, flipcharts with pens, and bottles of water with regular top-ups, so you can concentrate on the content rather than logistics. During breaks, your group can step out to our 1Ate1 restaurant where floor-to-ceiling windows create an airy atmosphere for working lunches. The bar and lounge area offers a change of scene for informal discussions, with comfortable seating and even a pool table for those who prefer active networking. Getting here couldn't be simpler. We're positioned in Glasgow's business district near the Scottish Event Campus, with Buchanan Galleries within walking distance. The lift provides easy access to the Kelvingrove Suite, and our on-site parking includes electric vehicle charging points for those driving in.
