From the 24th floor, our meeting room frames London through floor-to-ceiling windows, with Tower Bridge and the Thames creating a backdrop that changes throughout the day. This particular room works best for groups up to 12 people around our boardroom table. The projector and built-in AV system handle everything from quarterly reviews to creative pitches, while the natural light means you won't feel trapped in a windowless box by mid-afternoon. We chose a clean, minimal design – white table, comfortable chairs, neutral tones – because the focus should be on your work, not the décor. Our venue spans two floors of The Shard, and we've made sure each floor has its own proper kitchen and phone booths for those calls that need privacy. The communal lounges see plenty of use too, especially when teams want to continue discussions in a less formal setting. Dark wood finishes and warm lighting run throughout, creating spaces that feel professional without being cold. London Bridge station sits just two minutes away, which makes logistics simple for everyone involved. Our in-house catering requires two days' notice, and we'll handle the details while you focus on your agenda. For evening bookings after 6pm, contact us through Zipcube to arrange access. The building requires photo ID for security – standard procedure for The Shard – but once you're up here, everything runs efficiently.
