Our boardroom occupies a bright corner of the second floor at 2 Little Thames Walk, where architectural models and planning drawings from live projects create an authentic creative backdrop for your meetings. The polished wooden conference table anchors the room, its rich grain reflecting the natural light that pours through floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the day. We designed this space ourselves, applying the same principles that have guided over 500 successful planning permissions across London. The result is a room that works as hard as we do, accommodating up to 12 people in ergonomic chairs around our substantial conference table. Sleek pendant lights hang overhead, providing focused illumination when Greenwich's generous daylight eventually fades. The large flatscreen TV mounted at presentation height handles everything from PowerPoint decks to video conferences, supported by high-speed Wi-Fi that our own team relies on daily. You might notice architectural drawings on the walls, perhaps plans for a Fulham extension or an Islington flat conversion, remnants of the real work that happens here when clients aren't using the space. Our venue operates seven days a week, from 8:30am to 6:30pm, accommodating early morning strategy sessions or afternoon workshops with equal ease. The lift provides full disabled access, and our in-house catering can supply refreshments, though you're welcome to arrange your own if that better suits your needs. Greenwich's excellent transport connections mean your attendees can reach us easily without battling central London traffic. We ask for 48 hours' notice and your guest list in advance, which helps us prepare the boardroom properly and ensures the space meets your specific requirements. This isn't a sterile hired room, it's a working architectural studio that opens its doors to share our carefully crafted environment with others who appreciate thoughtful design.
