Walking through our ground floor, you'll find Pegasus tucked away from the main hustle, a compact meeting room that works brilliantly for those conversations where four people need to properly connect. We've set it up with a round table, which completely changes the dynamic compared to traditional boardroom layouts, everyone's equal, no power positions, just good conversation. The mint green chairs against the soft pink flooring might sound bold on paper, but it works. We wanted something that would wake people up without overwhelming them, and this combination hits that sweet spot between energetic and professional. Our members tell us they actually look forward to meetings in here, which says something. For hybrid meetings, we've installed proper video conferencing kit, a large screen with a sound bar and camera that captures everyone around the table. The tech just works, no faffing about with cables or calling IT. The pendant light overhead provides focused illumination, and while there's no natural light, the space feels anything but claustrophobic. Being right by South Quay Station means your guests can hop off the DLR and be here in minutes. The Jubilee and Elizabeth lines at Canary Wharf are just a short walk too. Our reception team will point them in the right direction, and they're good at remembering faces, so returning visitors feel welcomed back. The room suits everything from strategy sessions to contract negotiations, interview panels to creative brainstorms. External catering is welcome if you need refreshments brought in, though our communal kitchen is well-stocked if you just want coffee and biscuits. Recent feedback particularly praised our team's attentiveness, with one member noting how smooth their entire experience was from check-in to departure.

Very easy to make the booking, confirmation received very quickly. Very pleased with the service from checking in right through to checking-out of the meeting room. Will definitely use them again.
