The Al Qasimi and ERA Foundation rooms form one of our most requested meeting spaces, combining Georgian elegance with contemporary functionality across two interconnected areas. Walking into the Al Qasimi Room, you'll notice how the morning light streams through tall windows, illuminating a space that comfortably seats 180 delegates theatre-style, or can be configured for 70 in classroom format or 50 around our boardroom setup. Our technical team has equipped both rooms with everything modern meetings demand. The 98-inch plasma screen commands attention during presentations, while our HD projector and video conferencing system connect remote participants seamlessly. When your agenda calls for breakout discussions, we can divide the Al Qasimi Room into two separate spaces, each maintaining full AV capabilities. The adjoining ERA Foundation Room serves multiple purposes throughout the day. Many clients use it as their registration and coffee area before transitioning it into networking space between sessions.
