The smart 360° video conferencing system captures every participant clearly, while our conference microphone setup ensures voices carry perfectly across the room. Your presentations display brilliantly on the large HD screen, making hybrid meetings as engaging as face-to-face sessions. We've arranged modular tables and comfortable seating that our team can reconfigure between sessions, transforming from U-shaped workshops for 28 to cabaret-style networking for 48. That curved sofa in the corner? It's become a favourite spot for breakout conversations and informal catch-ups between sessions. The contemporary space features subtle patterned walls that photograph beautifully for those important group shots, while maintaining the professional atmosphere your meetings deserve. Getting here couldn't be simpler. The Guided Busway connects our north Cambridge location directly to the city centre, and we've got plenty of parking with EV charging points for those who drive. Your attendees can grab lunch from our on-site café or use the kitchen facilities to prepare their own refreshments.
