The Monterey Room works brilliantly for board meetings and strategy sessions where you need everyone focused around one table. Our long white conference table seats up to 20 people comfortably in boardroom style, with black executive chairs that keep everyone comfortable through those longer planning sessions. Natural light fills the space through our floor-to-ceiling windows, while sheer curtains let you control the brightness when presenting. We've mounted a projector on the ceiling for your presentations, positioned perfectly so everyone gets a clear view from their seat. The sideboard at the back gives you somewhere to set up refreshments or spread out materials during breaks. Our venue sits in a glass building that overlooks the lake, creating a calm backdrop for productive discussions. When you arrive at Gunnersbury or Chiswick Park stations, you're just a short walk from our entrance. The M4 and Heathrow are nearby too, which our international clients particularly appreciate.
