We've positioned The Minster Suite on the ground floor with external access, making equipment delivery straightforward for exhibition organisers and production teams. The plush carpeting absorbs sound beautifully, while sophisticated lighting systems let you set exactly the right mood, whether you're hosting 300 delegates classroom-style or 400 guests at round tables for a gala dinner. Our built-in A/V equipment means your presentations run smoothly without trailing cables or last-minute technical struggles. The air conditioning keeps everyone comfortable during packed conferences, and we can configure the space in U-shape for 100 participants when you need everyone engaged in discussion. For standing receptions, the full suite welcomes up to 600 guests who can move freely between conversations.
