The Camargue Suite sits on our first floor, where original Victorian plasterwork meets polished mahogany panels. Those high ceilings with their detailed cornices give presentations real presence, while the period chandelier casts warm light across your meeting tables. We've configured this room countless ways over the years. For theatre-style presentations, we comfortably seat 60 delegates facing the built-in projection screen. Board meetings work beautifully here too, with space for 30 around our tables in U-shape formation. When clients need classroom layouts for training days, we accommodate 30 with writing space for everyone. Private dinners? We can seat 40 guests with room for proper service between tables. The burgundy curtains frame tall windows overlooking the city, and you'll find the natural daylight helps keep afternoon sessions energised. Our original fireplace anchors one end of the room, its carved surround adding character without dominating the space. The neutral walls mean your presentations show clearly on our LCD projector setup, and the flipchart stands ready for brainstorming sessions. Everything technical comes included: the projector and screen handle most presentation formats, while our Wi-Fi reaches every corner reliably. We keep extension leads tucked away but accessible, and the acoustics carry voices clearly without echo. Being directly across from Bradford Interchange means your attendees can step off trains and buses straight to us. The city centre location puts lunch options within walking distance, though our kitchen team handles working lunches and coffee breaks throughout your event. Our events coordinator checks in during setup and stays nearby throughout your booking, ready to adjust heating, lighting, or fetch extra supplies without fuss.
